The house is located in a quiet area, with a large garden, swimming pool and small wellness room, ideal for those seeking relaxation after a day of excursions among the hills and historic villages of Valpolicella.
The location is perfect for discovering the Romanesque parish church of San Giorgio di Valpolicella, which can be reached in just a few minutes, and for setting off on foot or by bicycle along panoramic trails.
In about 20 minutes by car you can reach both the centre of Verona, with the Arena, Castelvecchio, Piazza delle Erbe and its ancient churches, and the shores of Lake Garda, with the peninsula of Sirmione and the main lakeside towns.
From the B&B, the view opens to the south over the vineyards of Valpolicella and, on the clearest days, reaches as far as the ridges of the Apennines on the horizon.
To the west, the view extends instead over Lake Garda, which can be glimpsed between the hills, offering spectacular sunsets in every season.
The wineries of Valpolicella are a short distance away and allow guests to combine their stay with wine tastings and a food and wine offering renowned throughout the world.
In the nearby village of San Giorgio there are also traditional restaurants and trattorias that can easily be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The three rooms – Ciliegio, Vigna and Olivo – are located on the first floor, with warm furnishings, terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams.
Each room has a double bed, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, independent heating, free Wi‑Fi and TV.
The Bouganville and Limone apartments are spacious, panoramic accommodations with independent entrances and terraces overlooking the vineyards.
Each apartment offers a living area with sofa bed, dining table and equipped kitchen, double bedroom, private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor spaces.
Bouganville and Limone are ideal for those who want greater independence, longer stays or family holidays, while still enjoying all the B&B services: breakfast, swimming pool, wellness area and parking.
Breakfast is served in a bright room with large windows overlooking the garden and the valley.
Every morning guests find a rich buffet with fresh bread, cakes and croissants, yoghurt, cereals, jams, honey, cold cuts and cheeses, as well as hot drinks and fruit juices.
During the warmer season, breakfast can also be enjoyed outdoors, under the panoramic portico overlooking the vineyards of Valpolicella, enjoying the morning breeze and the view of the hills.
Covered and secure parking is available on request, with a small surcharge. Outdoor parking is free of charge.
